My background combines more than 25 years of experience in employee relations, workplace investigations, compliance, and leadership development with formal education in curriculum and instruction, political science, and equal employment opportunity studies through Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations. That combination shapes how I advise organizations and develop leaders: with practical guidance, thoughtful analysis, and a strong understanding of how people learn.
