Key To Resolution LLC is a human resource consulting firm that specializes in employee relations, labor relations, EEO compliance, employee engagement and training.  Navigating workplace issues can be both challenging and time-consuming for employers, regardless of industry and size. Key To Resolution serves as a valuable resource in these situations.   We offer supplemental services to enhance organizations' existing human resource functions, as well as consultation services for organizations that lack a formal human resource function.

Lisa Walker

CEO & Principal Consultant

Lisa serves as the CEO and Principal Consultant of Key to Resolution, bringing over 25 years of distinguished expertise in employee and labor relations. Her deep-seated knowledge spans across various sectors, including Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, and non-profit organizations. Lisa is known for her profound understanding of EEO, labor relations, and conflict resolution. Before founding Key to Resolution, Lisa enjoyed an illustrious career where she honed her skills in both the private and public sectors. Her approach to HR consultancy

is rooted in a strategic and comprehensive assessment of HR departments and organizations leading to the development of tailored policies and impactful employee engagement programs. This also includes specialized management and employee training workshops designed to foster a cohesive and productive workplace culture. Lisa holds a B.A. in Political Science with a focus on Pre-Law and an M.A. in Curriculum Instruction. She is a Certified EEO Investigator and also boasts a certification in EEO Studies. Her educational background and

certifications augment her practical experience, equipping her to provide actionable recommendations that drive organizational success and workplace harmony in diverse organizational settings. Under her leadership, Key to Resolution assists organizations in navigating complex HR challenges, leveraging Lisa’s passion for employee and labor relations to enhance operational effectiveness and ensure legal compliance. Her consultancy embodies a commitment to integrity, innovation, and insightful resolution of workplace issues.

Laura Wilson

Consultant

Laura Wilson is a seasoned human resources executive with a proven track record in employee relations, organizational development and conflict management.  With over 20 years of experience in the field, Laura has led HR teams during her career with the federal government and as well as private and publicly traded companies, developing effective organizational strategies and fostering a positive work culture. She holds a Master's degree in Organizational & Human Resources Management.  Laura is passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering to serve and assist Veterans, riding her Harley Davidson motorcycle and spending time with her family.

Tyeska Crawford

Consultant

With over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, Tyeska Crawford has established herself as a skilled and respected professional. Her expertise centers on employee relations, with a strong emphasis on navigating complex EEO-related workplace investigations, performance management, change management, and HR compliance. Tyeska is deeply committed to integrity, trust, and inclusivity in all aspects of her work. Holding a bachelor's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, she possesses unique insights into workplace dynamics and human behavior, enhancing her ability to address and resolve organizational challenges. Her solution-oriented approach allows her to
effectively seek equitable and efficient resolutions to workplace issues. Well-versed in both state and federal employment laws, Tyeska plays a crucial role in mitigating risks and providing comprehensive advisory services that support informed decision-making for management. She combines her technical expertise with strong analytical and critical thinking skills that align with organizational goals and values. Known for her ability to build strong
relationships and engage effectively with personnel at all levels, Tyeska's collaborative and constructive demeanor makes her a valuable asset as a consultant. Her passion for people and organizational success drives her commitment to fostering inclusive and productive work environments.
